KRIYA SHARIR DEPARTMENT
Kriya Sharir is a branch of Ayurveda that deals with the study of human physiology. Its vision is to understand the various functions of the human body and how they are interconnected with each other.
Kriya Sharir department includes the study of Dosha, Dhatu and Mala which is the base and most important principles of Ayurveda.
The main objective of Kriya Sharir is to help people achieve and maintain good health by promoting balance and harmony within the body. It aims to identify and address the root causes of imbalances and disease in order to restore health and prevent future problems.
Some of the key areas of focus in Kriya Sharir include the functioning of the digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, nervous, and endocrine systems. It also covers topics such as metabolism, immunity, and the role of the mind and emotions in health and disease.
