Department of Kayachikitsa (General Medicine)

 Kayachikitsa is one among the eight speciality of Ayurveda where Kaya means body and Chikitsa means healing. Principles of Kayachikitsa branch is to correct Agni, Dosha, Dhatu with Internal Medicine i.e. Shaman Chikitsa. Along with Shaman Chikitsa it also includes different treatment modalities like Shodhan, Rasayan, Vajikaran and Manas Roga Chikitsa which helps to establish a harmony between mind, body and soul.

              Department is well equipped with Library books, Charts and Models. The Department imparts Theorotical as well as Practical knowledge to Final Year students of the College.Being a clinical department it provides Ayurvedic as well as Allopathic treatment facilities to patients. Our aim is to restore Physical and Mental health status of human being.

To become a center of Global excellence in the field of Kayachikitsa by providing quality education and practical training in Ayurvedic medicine.
